The course supports senior managers and owner-managers of small and medium-sized businesses to
boost their business’s performance, resilience, and long-term growth.
The 12-week programme is designed to be taken alongside full-time work through a combination of
online and face-to-face learning and is supported by a dedicated mentor. The cost to attend is also
90% funded by the Government.
Curriculum support is in-depth and high quality and is designed to build capabilities in leadership,
innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing, responsible business, and financial
management. The programme culminates in the development of a business growth plan to help lead
your business to release its potential.
